The Bathing Ape Workshop in NYC is releasing the new 88’s Hi Tops on January 21st. Ebay seller Pondon has the shoe priced at $280 dollars, but it looks like the shoe will cost $200-$210 in stores. These shoes were originally supposed to drop on the 19th, along with the new mickey mouse, but for one reason or another the release date was pushed back a couple of days.
The shoes above are the black, white, and grey 88’s Hi Tops, also available: brown, light brown, and white - red, light red, and white - white, offwhite, and grey - navy, blue, and white. Every single pair of these fresh new kicks is worth a buy! Then again, all Bathing Ape Clothes are worth a buy!
As a brief aside, a poster on the Bape Talk 2 forums, paulio4prez, has pointed out the new 88’s Hi Tops look a lot like the pony high tops - check em out here

Bathing Ape Jeans are extremely fashionable and fly. If you want to wear these down the street, it is going to cost you a clean $400 to $500 dollars; although these jeans are not as expensive as some evisu or red monkey jeans, thankfully! Bathing Ape Jeans in general are more fitted than the typical hip-hop jeans. So if you want something a little more comfortable and loose, look to grab something a few sizes too big.

These Bathing Ape Sneakers are purple and black shizuoka roadstas. If you plan on grabbing these fly sneakers, you are going to have to drop at least $190-$200 dollars.
The goal of the Bathing Ape sneakers was to provide flash and a sort of prominence for the shoe wearer.. The shiny patent leather and bright colors place the Bathing Ape Sneaker into a category of its own. If someone wears these sneakers walking down the street, more often than not someone is going to recognize him or her. Then again, if anyone wears any Bathing Ape Clothes they will probably get noticed.
When buying Bathing Ape Sneakers, one needs to be careful. There are plenty of fake Bathing Ape Sneakers that sell for less than $100. The only way to know your sneakers are 100% real is to purchase them yourself at one of the Bathing Ape Workshops. The only workshop in the United States right now is in Soho, New York. A Bathing Ape workshop was set to open somewhere in California, but plans seem as if they have fallen through.
